The will be held Saturday morning in downtown Lemont. The first race begins at 7:30 a.m. Expect road closures until about 11 a.m.

4. Lemont Resident in Downers Grove Play

If you're looking for something to do this weekend, Lemont resident Rusty Steiger will portray David O. Selznick in Grove Players' “Moonlight and Magnolias,” a comedy about the script rewrite Gone with the Wind.

The show runs at the Downers Grove Lincoln Center, 935 Maple Ave., through May 8, on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults, $11 for seniors and $8 for students. For more information, visit www.groveplayers.org.
