2. Library Holds Putt-Putt Golf
Play a free round of mini golf at the Lemont Public Library from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday. The top two scorers will win a prize.

3. Lemont Writers Group Meets Saturday
The Lemont Writers Group meets from 10 to 11 a.m. on the first Saturday each month. This month, writers are meeting a week later due to the Independence Day holiday. Visit lemontlibrary.org for more information.
4. Concert on the Green at Victorian Village
Victorian Village will host a free outdoor concert from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 12600 Renaissance Cir, Homer Glen.
5. Lemont Indians 10U Baseball Team Tryouts
Tryouts for next year's team are from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at Bambrick Park, 1330 Smith Road, in the grass on the east side of the park. Tryouts are for boys who will be 11 years old by May 1, 2012. For more information, email Manager Rick Tauer at rick.tauer@sbcglobal.net.
