2. Kids can learn about ships of old
Ship Captain Chris LeBlanc will host a program for kids ages seven to 11 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Lemont Public Library, 50 E. Wend St.
3. Relay for Life begins Friday
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Lemont/Homer Glen kicks off at 6 p.m. Friday.
4. Lemont Legends Cruise Nights Wednesday
The Lemont Chamber of Commerce hosts Cruise Nights from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays in downtown Lemont. This week's theme is "Mopar." For more information, call the at 630-257-5997.
5. Heritage Fest is this weekend
The event will be held from 1 to 11 p.m. Saturday in downtown Lemont.
