, 418 Main St., will open its doors at 8 a.m Tuesday after closing Monday to observe New Year's Day. Waste Management and the United States Postal Service will also resume normal hours Tuesday.

3. Kickbox Cardio Workout

The , 50 E. Wend St., is hosting a kickboxing class Thursday with certified fitness trainer Jessica Colton. The class will be held from 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

4. CEDA Assistance at Lemont Township

On Thursday, Jan. 19, the Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA) of Cook County will be at , 1115 Warner Ave., to discuss their Low Income Home Energy Assistance and Weatherization Program.

CEDA will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to meet with seniors (age 60 and up) and the disabled. To schedule a meeting, call Lemont Township at 630-257-2522.

5. Daddy-Daughter Date Night

The will host its annual "Daddy-Daughter Date Night" from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 3 at the , 16050 W. 127th St. The event will feature a catered dinner, a DJ, photos and fresh flowers. Grandfathers, uncles and brothers are also welcome.
