2. Library Leap Year Party

The , 50 E. Wend St., is hosting a Leap Year party for children ages 6-10 on Wednesday. The party will include games and drawings, and will run from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.lemontlibrary.org.

3. Drivers Needed for Meals on Wheels

Volunteer drivers are needed for the Meals on Wheels program, which delivers meals to seniors. For more information, contact Gwen Smith at 630-257-0515.

4. CEDA Assistance at Lemont Township

On Thursday, March 15, the Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA) of Cook County will be at , 1115 Warner Ave., to discuss their Low Income Home Energy Assistance and Weatherization Program.

CEDA will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to meet with seniors (age 60 and up) and the disabled. To schedule a meeting, call Lemont Township at 630-257-2522.

5. Mom and Son Night

The Lemont Park District is hosting a Mom and Son Night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the , 16050 W. 127th St. The event will include a variety of games, swimming, pizza and entertainment from a guest performer.
