2. Village Hall Re-Opens

After a four-day holiday weekend, , 418 Main St., will re-open for business Tuesday. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

3. Movie on the Wall

The , 50 E. Wend St., is hosting a "Movie on the Wall" from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday. The movie will be Kung Fu Panda 2, starring Jack Black. Admission is free with a canned good donation to the Lemont Food Pantries.

Love Lemont's businesses? So do we. That's why we've decided to honor the best business of 2011 with our inaugural Lemont Patch Business of the Year award. We received nominations for seven businesses last week; now it's up to you. Voting is open until 5 p.m. Friday. to place your vote.

5. Lost Yorkie

Lemont police on Christmas Day in the 12800 block of Marian Drive in Lemont. The dog was wearing a red hoodie and a black harness. If you have any information on the dog's owners, call the at 630-257-7917.
