Cancer Survivors Share Stories of Hope at Relay for Life of Lemont-Homer Glen
The annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society was held Friday night through Saturday morning at the Lemont High School Sports Complex.
About 150 volunteers walked through the night Friday for Lemont and Homer Glen's annual Relay for Life fundraiser.
As of Friday night, 226 walkers on 21 teams had raised $46,285 for Relay for Life, the American Cancer Society's signature fundraiser.
The event took place at the Lemont High School Athletic Complex at 131st Street and Bell Road.
