The Lemont Chamber of Commerce hosts Cruise Nights from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays in downtown Lemont. This week's theme is "Custom Trucks." For more information, call the  at 630-257-5997

3. Keepataw Days Fun Run

The is hosting a Keepataw Fun Run, sponsored by . The 2.08-mile run/walk will be held Monday, Sept. 5, at 9 a.m. in the I&M Canal Heritage Quarries. The cost to register is $15 before Aug. 22 and $20 after. Those who register before Aug. 23 will receive a free T-shirt.
