Five things every Lemonter needs to know Monday.
1. Village Board Expected to Approve 2011-2012 Budget
The Lemont Board of Trustees is expected to approved Monday night the village's operating budget for fiscal year 2012. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at , 418 Main St.
2. District 113A to Discuss Personnel During Special Meeting
The Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Monday to discuss "the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity." According to the meeting agenda, the Board does not anticipate action as a result of closed session.
3. District 210 Board Meeting
The Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. Monday night in the district's board room, 800 Porter St. For more information, visit www.lhs210.net.

4. National Library Week
April 10-16 marks National Library Week, an annual observance sponsored by the American Library Association and libraries across the country each April. The , 50 E. Wend St., has planned several special programs throughout the week. For more information, visit www.lemontlibrary.org.
5. Second Annual H2O Egg-Venture
On Saturday, April 16, the is hosting its second annual H20 Egg-Venture at the , 16050 W. 127th St. Kids will have the opportunity to dive for eggs, visit the Easter Bunny, enter a coloring contest, and enjoy carrot cake and milk.
