This store is jammed packed with various items for the young trendy girl today looking for wash and wear clothing at a low cost. It is a shame that this store can not welcome more than 4-5 people at a time to shop. It is so small and cramped that someone in a wheelchair could not enter through the door way or maneuver throughout. Unfortunately, the Mother & Daughter saleswomen/ owner team need to brush up on their customer service skills. I have never seen either one greet their customers with a smile or eye contact. They do not look happy to be there.
They must need every sale they are lucky to get because their return and exchange policy is not customer friendly. I had a $38 credit that expired on a Monday the day they are closed. When I went in to spend my credit on the next day, Tuesday they informed me that it was no longer valid. Once again, I say that shame on me for not getting in there sooner, but shame on them for the rudeness they continually demonstrate to paying customers.

I also unfortunately had a terrible experience with this dreadful mother/daughter duo. The fact that they have a 7 day return/exchange policy is beyond unreasonable, especially when they have inconvenient hours to do so. I attempted to return a pair of jeans with the receipt and tags all attached but was told I could not because of this so called "policy", keep in mind when I gone to originally return the jeans the week before they were closed for vacation! They wouldn't even give me a store credit. They have EXTREMELY poor customer service skills and are only setting themselves up for failure is the very near future. I have spent alot of money in this boutique in the past and even referred many other loyal costumes. All of whom, they have lost due to their greed. All in all, don't waste your time or valuable money here- it won't be appreciated.

Was there ever a time when a full day was offered Jennifer? I was in kindergarten at Oakwood aboutRead More 28 years ago and even then it was half day. If you want full day Kate, St Pats/St Al's, St Cyril's, and I'm sure others are full day.

Let's get real. It is NOT a half day. It is 2.5 hours. By the time kids into class, sing a song,Read More have a snack and pee, they are done for the day. Sorry. Calling a spade a spade on this one.

Is this question really from a teacher? Full-day kindergarTen has a lot of fillers too: they eatRead More lunch, go outside, go to the bathroom, etc. I don't think our public schools allow snacks in the classroom anyway. Any teacher would know that learning starts at home, and a teacher would know how to supplement a kindergarten curriculum.
