The bank, located at 1201 State St., is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. It is closed Sunday.
The State Street branch shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to police. No further details have been provided about the incident.

Lemont National Bank has three locations in Lemont, including the branch on State Street. The others are located at 9700 Lemont Road and 310 Main St. (downtown Lemont).
