When and how did your business get started?

My mom, Krystyna, started the business in March 1985 after working with jewelry for 10 years. The original location was on Archer Ave. near Kedzie in Chicago. In 1995 we expanded and moved down Archer, just east of Harlem. That store is still there.

What is your business best known for?

We are known for high quality diamonds and jewelry, unique designs, large selection, great customer service and our very competitive pricing. We have the privilege of helping people celebrate some of life's most important moments. We are blessed and so grateful to do what we do!

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

Multiple reasons - People came to know us in Chicago & we have always had a great customer base there. Since 1985, however, may of those customers have moved to the suburbs with Lemont, Homer Glen, Orland Park and Lockport being most common. They would still always make the drive to the city, but often mentioned they'd wish we were closer. That, combined with my living in and loving this community, made Lemont the perfect new location!

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

We are still completely family owned and operated. I am a GIA Graduate Gemologist and have worked with my mom since age 13. Jewelry is a family passion and we hope to share it with all of Lemont. We offer jewelry for every occasion and every budget...from $20!!

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

For our Grand Opening in Lemont, we are offering $20 off a purchase of $100 or more, $50 off a purchase of $250 or more and $100 off a purchase of $500 or more. We are also having a drawing on 12/23/13 to give away over $8,000 in jewelry.
