Get Your Friday Caffeine Fix Free at 7-Eleven

More than 8,000 participating stores will offer up a free 20-oz. cup of coffee to customers on Friday, Sept. 28.

The weekend is almost here, and if you’re in need of a Friday-morning pick me up, you’re in luck.

Participating 7-Eleven stores are offering a free large coffee to everyone who stops in between 6 and 10 a.m. on “CofFree Day,” Friday, Sept. 28.

Coffee lovers can download the free timeRAZOR app for iPhone or Android smartphones to find a participating location near them.

The free 20-ounce beverage will also get customers a free vote in this year’s 7-Election. Just choose your candidate’s cup to cast your vote in 7-Eleven’s unscientific presidential poll.

In case you’re curious, President Barack Obama is leading challenger Mitt Romney with 58 percent of the 7-Eleven coffee-drinking vote nationwide, and with 57 percent of the vote in Illinois.
