The School District 113A Educational Foundation will ring in the new school year with a new event, "Summer's Over. . . 'Wine' a Little!"
Tickets are on sale now at Lemont Natural Healthcare (1192 Walter Street, Suite C, 630-257-0550) or through members. The tasting includes select wines and bottled beers, light appetizers, and a sweet table. Entertainment will include a DJ and a bag tournament. A full cash bar will also be available. Ticket prices are $50 for one, or $90 per couple. (Guests must be over 21 years.) Checks should be payable to SD 113A Educational Foundation.
Proceeds from the event will provide grants awarded to teachers in the district during the 2011-2012 school year.
