Lemont Township Annual Flu Shot Clinic
Please prepare yourself for the upcoming Flu season by arming yourself with a flu shot. The vaccine will be administered by Respiratory Health Association, formerly the American Lung Association. The cost is $20.00 for those who self-pay or those who do not have Medicare Part B coverage. Please remember to bring your Medicare card with you to the event.
