Lemont Township Annual Drop-In Flu Shot Clinic

Lemont Township is hosting their annual Drop-In Flu Shot Clinic this Friday.  The cost of each vaccine provided by Respiratory Health Association is $20.00.  If you have Medicare Part B coverage, bring your card with you and they will submit the bill directly to Medicare for payment.
