Local filmmaker Robert Alaniz makes a return engagement to the library to discuss the evolution of his latest film, the comedy DINKS. He will trace the process from the early ideas and drafts of the story, through the audition and casting process, rehearsals, filming and finally the editing process. Mr. Alaniz will be joined by essential cast and crew, including the casting director and actors, who will comment and answer questions. Clips that include actual auditions, behind the scenes and finished scenes from the soon-to-be released film will be shown. Several scenes were filmed at Lemont locations, including the library, village hall and police station.
