The Lemont Garden Club is hosting an afternoon of "creative floral designs" to celebrate the holiday season.
"Holiday Beginnings" takes place at Lemont High School, 800 Porter St., on Saturday, Oct. 16. Doors open at 1 p.m., and the program begins at 2 p.m.
Designer Ron Schlamann will present unique floral designs to guests. A boutique will also be available. Coffee and cookies will be served.
