PHOTOS: Hundreds Enjoy 65th Annual Keepataw Days Parade

The 65th annual Keepataw Days Parade was held Monday in downtown Lemont.

Hundreds lined the streets of downtown Lemont on Monday for the grand finale of the 65th annual Keepataw Days Festival.

Lemont's annual Labor Day parade featured elected officials, dozens of police and fire vehicles, school and community organizations, marching bands from Lemont High School and Old Quarry Middle School, and local businesses.

The parade's theme was "Retro 60s."

Serving as co-grand marshals this year were Lemont Township Supervisor Steve Rosendahl and longtime Lemont resident Gary Krueger.
