Lemont High School Alumni to 'Pack the Park' in Honor of Beloved Marine

On August 10, a small group of Lemont High School Alumni (Class of 2001) will be hosting a "Pack the Park" event in memory of our classmate, Paul Davidson III, 30, who tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident just prior to graduating from the University of Illinois.  

Following Davidson's death, the town rallied around Paul and his family lining the streets, providing a police escort, and showing respect on the day of his funeral. Davidson died just before obtaining his degree in Architecture, and his family would like to extend Paul's legacy through a scholarship in his name. Friends are stepping up to help fund the scholarship. 

Guests are invited to bring your blanket, chairs, a picnic lunch, and your favorite drink. Alcohol is permitted for individuals 21 years and older.
