Tri Smart Masters adds SATURDAY swimming option!

Tri Smart Masters, the adult swim team is open to any swimmer over  18 years of age who can swim a minimum of 8 lengths of the pool.  Each workout has a coach on deck to help with technique improvement.  The team practices MWF 5:30am, TTH 8:30pam and is NOW ADDING Saturday morning practices at 7:15am!  All practices are held at Lemont Park District's the CORE at 16028 127th St.  For more information, contact info@trismartcoaching or call 708-466-2379
