Lemont Quarrymen Vintage Base Ball this Sunday, May 4

The Lemont Quarrymen Vintage Baseball Club's season opening match against the Chicago Salmon will be played this Sunday, May 4 at 1:00 pm. at Covington Park, 127th Street & Covington Drive.  Come and enjoy base ball as it was played in 1858 with vintage uniforms, equipment and rules.  Club sponsor, Lemont Historical Society is planning a rousing hometown welcome complete with hot dogs, peanuts and cracker jack for the spectators.  Free admission.
