Lemont Mayor Brian Reaves, Trustee Paul Chialdikas and Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak will team up Thursday to host a seminar on property tax appeals.
The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Village Hall, 418 Main St.

This event is free to the public and there is no fee to appeal at the Board of Review. Taxpayers are asked to bring a copy of their most recent tax bill.
Appeal forms also may be picked up at the Board of Review located at 118 N. Clark St., Room 601, in Chicago, the Bridgeview Satellite Office located at 10200 S. 76th Ave., or at the Lemont Township Office located at 1115 Warner Ave.
