Conversational narcissism is rampant and the early form of what we know today as the “sales pitch”. Are you a commercial for yourself, or are you focused on the priorities of the other person?
How we engage others and include their perspective and needs in our communications directly effects how others perceive us. Are you relatable? Are you trustworthy? Are you interested in more than a sale ?
This installment of the "Wake Up" Series will concentrate on prioritizing our clients, friends and family in our communications to deepen the relationships, boost our credibility and get the results you are after.

MindFlow Cafe is run by MindFlow Group, a Lemont-based consulting firm. The cafe is a place where guests can think, create, work, have group meetings and meet new people. The front area is open to the public, while the back area is reserved for members only. The cafe features tables, booths and couches for people to work and meet.
