Lemont Park Foundation

Our purpose is to foster, to encourage

and to promote the

Lemont Park District by:

• Providing financial

assistance for the support of

public service functions and

programs.

• Carrying out or assisting in the carrying

out of public service functions and programs

• Promoting and assisting in beautification

projects.

• Coordinating with other municipal, county,

and state authorities during the beautification

process.

• Assisting in the implementation of projects

for the planning, coordination, development

and conservation of parks within the

jurisdiction of the park district.

Lemont District Scholarship Program

The Lemont Park Foundation, working with the

Lemont Park District Executive Director, strives

to provide scholarships to needy individuals or

families.

Memorial Tree & Bench Program

Friends and relatives can provide a unique dedi

cation

to loved ones by placing a tree or bench in

one of the beautiful parks in the Lemont Park

District. The historical dedication provides a

lasting remembrance in honor of a loved one and

enhances the meaning of a tree or bench to park

patrons.

Park Bench:

Lemont Park Foundation Memorial Benches

are available for $800. The cost includes a

plaque, bench, installation and upkeep.

Memorial Tree:

Lemont Park Foundation Memorial

Trees are available for $500. The

price includes the tree, plaque, installation,

and upkeep.
