Police Blotter: DUI Edition
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for DUI-related arrests and incidents Nov. 5-17. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Nov. 5
DUI, Disobeyed Traffic Control Device, Improper Parking
Jennifer L. Dowling, 34, of the 200 block of Main Street, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. at Archer Avenue and State Street. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device and improper parking on roadway. Dowling was issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.
Wednesday, Nov. 7
DUI, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, No Driver’s License, No Insurance, Speeding, improper Lane Usage
Luis A. Gutierrez, 46, of McNair Avenue in Addison, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver’s license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and improper lane usage. Gutierrez was issued a Dec. 13 court date at the DuPage County Court House.
Thursday, Nov. 8
DUI, Suspended License, Speeding
Ryan A. Flores, 28, of the 9800 block of Cordoba Court in Orland Park, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. in the 15800 block of New Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license is suspended and speeding. Flores was issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.
Saturday, Nov. 17
DUI, Improper Lane Usage
Margaret C. Cartwright, 23, of Sutton Place in Darien, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. at Lemont Road and Illinois Street. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Cartwright was issued a Jan. 7 court date in Bridgeview.
