DUI

Frank C. Mayer, 53, of 147th Place in Lockport, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. in the 13100 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.

DUI, Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

Austin D. Luckett, 19, of 99th Street in Lemont, was arrested at 3:31 a.m. following a traffic stop at State Street and Weimer Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (zero tolerance), possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of alcohol and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Suspended License

Cory S. Jovanovic, 26, of Illinois Street in Lemont, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. near the intersection of 127th and State streets. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and expired registration.

Rail Yard Break-In

The lock and chain to a fence leading to a rail yard in the 13500 block of Main Street was cut sometimes between 4 p.m. and 12:45 a.m.

Stolen Metal

A 15-foot metal downspout was reported stolen from a building in the 1000 block of State Street.
