Nov. 4: LHS Fall Play, 'Love of Art' Craft Show, MB Financial's '100 Years...100 Prizes'

2. Lemont High School Fall Play

The Lemont High School Drama Club will hold its fall play, A Play About a Dragon, Friday and Saturday at the school's Performing Arts Center, 800 Porter St. The play will begin at 7 p.m. both nights. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children, senior citizens and students with a valid school ID.

3. MB Financial's "100 Years...100 Prizes"

MB Financial Bank locations across the Chicago area will be celebrating the bank's 100th anniversary Friday with its "100 Year...100 Prizes" event. From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Lemont location, 1151 State St., will be offering prizes and refreshments to the public.

4. "Love of Art" Craft Show

The Lemont Park District, 16028 W. 127th St., is hosting the 17th annual "Love of Art" craft show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The event will feature a large variety of fine art to view and purchase. For more information, visit ­www.lemonta­rtistsguild.­org or call 815-341-1145.

5. Illinois Straw Poll

The Illinois Republican Party is hosting an in-person straw poll for the 2012 presidential race at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Lemont Township Community Center, 16300 Alba St. The event will be attended by U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk, Congresswoman Judy Biggert, Illinois Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno, State Rep. Jim Durkin, Illinois GOP Chairman Pat Brady and several other elected officials.
