Lemont police Detective Aras Jonikas said police searched Avshalom Chayim's house on Grace Court, where they found a "large amount of stolen property," including items stolen during the Dec. 18 burglary on Kromray Road.
Items were also recovered from five other residential burglaries in the Chicago suburbs, Jonakis said.
Among the recovered property were unwrapped Christmas gifts, jewelry, a stolen shotgun and vehicle taken during a burglary in Carol Stream, police said
Jonakis said police plan to display jewelry and other items for identification.
Charges for both men are currently pending as the investigation continues, police said.

I updated the story to include a map. Patch actually uses Mapquest, so I had to place the marker myself. It's to the right of the story.
