Found Dog Update: Black and White Pup

Can you help me find my way back home?
On Monday, the Lemont Police Department shared this updated photo of the pup found Friday.

The Lemont Police Department at 14600 W. 127th St. is still holding this black and white male dog that was found in the 1300 block of State Street at about 6:30 p.m. Friday. Police say the pup appears to be less than a year old and may be a pit bull mix.

According to Police Chief Kevin Shaughnessy, the dog is not microchipped, but is well-trained. He was found wearing a black sweater with a skull and crossbones on it.

If you know where this dog lives, call the police department at 630-257-2229.

My heart goes out to who ever loss this do I have been posting this on my Facebook also to show and hope. I wish I could but I have 2 dogs now who we adopted.

This makes my heart ache. I hope that he wasn't abandoned and hope he has a loving family out there who's looking for him. Otherwise-- he deserves a shot at a good home.
