Perhaps the thief was carrying a weapon and the residents were more concerned for their lives? Perhaps they were so shocked to see some dirtbag running from their home that they didn't know how to react? Hope no one ever robs your home.

Someone broke into our truck last night and stole the XM radio and some other electronics. But didn't grab any of the wires. Either they got scared off or total amateur thieves! What they stole are no good without the cords & wires. Punks!
